Capitol AC17 is a latex-based, carpet seam sealer, specially formulated to prevent edge raveling and seal seams of most residential carpet. It’s also a natural rubber, fabric adhesive for binding, cloth tape seaming and face repairs. It dries quickly and produces a permanent bond that stays flexible. This adhesive is an Earth friendly formula.
