Capitol® CPA039-1 Latex Carpet Pad Adhesive is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly adhesive developed to quickly bond carpet pads to sub floors in stretch-in carpet installations. CPA039-1 provides permanent bond to porous and non-porous materials.
